You can change your avatar frame after beating level 14:
1. Tap your avatar at the bottom.
2. Tap the "Avatar Frame" tab.
3. Select a new avatar frame.
4. Click OK to save.

Note: You can either choose one of the default avatar frames or an event avatar frame that you won from an event.
