Once you've beaten Level 40, you can join a team by:
1. Join a team in the "Teams" tab.
2. Join a team in the "Top Teams" tab.
3. Search for a team in the "Teams" tab to join.

Public teams can be joined freely, while private teams require the approval of the team leaders.
